Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using transai.co.uk (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by SaaSquatch Ltd.

2. The Service

TransAI is an AI-powered gender-presentation visualisation tool. You upload a portrait photo of yourself, choose a direction (feminine or masculine) and an intensity, and the Service returns a generated image that shifts the subject's apparent presentation in that direction while preserving identity. Output quality depends on third-party AI providers and is not guaranteed to be accurate, flattering, or representative of any particular real-world outcome. Always treat the result as a rough sketch, not medical, cosmetic, or clinical advice.

3. Free tier and accounts

TransAI requires a free account. New accounts receive 2 complimentary credits. After those are spent, additional credits must be purchased. One credit is deducted per visualisation. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Credits and the “never expire” promise

Credits purchased through our pricing page do not expire. Each credit entitles you to one watermark-free visualisation at full resolution, redeemable whenever you like. However:

“Never expire” refers to the lifetime of the Service, not the lifetime of the customer. If we discontinue, sell, or materially change the Service, any unused credits become void. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any such shutdown via email (for registered users) and on-site notice, but no refund is owed once credits have been delivered. By purchasing credits you explicitly acknowledge this.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Upload images of anyone other than yourself without their explicit, informed consent
• Upload images that infringe copyright or the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
• Bypass rate limits through automation or multiple accounts

6. Prohibited content

TransAI is a visualisation tool for adults thinking about their own gender presentation. It is not a content moderation bypass, nor a tool for generating harmful imagery. You must not upload:

• Images of minors in any context
• Non-consensual images of anyone (including public figures you do not personally know)
• Explicit sexual content
• Images depicting violence, self-harm, or illegal activity

Our AI automatically refuses to process content it detects as unsafe. Repeated attempts to upload prohibited content may result in your access being blocked, and the most serious cases will be reported to the appropriate authorities — including NCMEC for any CSAM.

7. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated visualisations are approximations, not predictions. They may produce unexpected results, may distort features, may fail to preserve identity, or may decline to process an upload entirely. The Service is provided “as is” with no warranty of any particular result. You are responsible for reviewing output before using or sharing it in any context. Do not treat TransAI output as a clinical, medical, or cosmetic prediction, and do not use it to misrepresent real people.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSquatch Ltd's total liability arising from your use of the Service is capped at the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £20, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@transai.co.uk.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
